Interested in renting a property from 1AM Management?  Please review the rental requirements and minimum standards below before you begin the application process.
  • Each person 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application.
  • There is a fee of $50 per adult applicant.
  • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Valid government-issued I.D.
  • Valid Social Security Number
  • Rental History: references from prior 2 landlords (if applicable)
  • Proof of Income: 4 most recent pay stubs or 2 years of most recent tax returns if self-employed.  
  • Combined monthly income of applicants totals at least 3x/monthly rent
  • 600+ credit score for each adult applicant
  • If needed, Co-signers/Guarantors are required to have a credit score of over 700 and monthly income 5x/monthly rent
  • All applicants will need to create a profile with PetScreening.com. No cost if you don't have a pet.

  • All animals/pets must be pre-approved before they will be allowed on property
  • If approved all animals will require a $250 per pet fee.   
  • No animals under 1 year old.
  • All applicants will need to create a profile with PetScreening.com.  Cost to apply is $20 for first pet profile and $15 for additional.  $0 for no pets.
