LEASE TERMS

All applicants will be screened using a 3rd party service that examines: credit, criminal, and rental history to provide a tenant rating score. Prior rental references will be contacted as part of the application process.

Lease terms are typically August through July, so the first lease will expire on July 31, 2026, then a new lease will be signed for August through July. Tenants are responsible for the first $500 for any repairs to the Fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. Tenants must provide and maintain renters insurance.
