The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a second coat closet is off the living room. Tenants have access to coin-operated washers and a dryer in the basement of the complex. A designated cage area is available to the tenant. Tenant to supply own padlock.
Qualified tenants will have 1) a verifiable net income that is at least 2 x's the rent; 2) Demonstrate a strong rental history/mortgage payments, 3) Have a credit score of greater than 650 (preferred). Smoking is not permitted anywhere in and on the premises including garage or out buildings. Pets are not allowed. Funds needed at the time of move in is 2 x's the rent. Available for long term tenancy.
The tenant sets up and pays for electrical service in the unit and for phone service. Tenant may opt to add internet and/or cable services The landlord pays for water, sewer, gas, electricity in the common areas, and trash. Additionally, tenants must acquire a renter's insurance policy and provide evidence of policy that is in effect.
Application fee is $45/adult who will be residing in the property and includes background and credit checks.
