Points are assigned based on income, length of employment, rental history, and credit history. If an applicant is able to reach 5 points they are approved. Points can't be combined between 2 different applications. One applicant must be able to qualify on their own. If the applicant has between 2 and 4 points they can get a co-signer that can qualify with 5 points and/or be approved through the Guarantor for a deposit rental coverage policy. Applicants meeting the above mentioned criteria will be approved contingent on completing a free application with the Guarantor.
