RENT: The rent for the premises is ___$900__per month, due on or before the 1st day of every month. A late fee of $50.00 on the fifth of the month and $5 per day will be added for each day rent is not paid after the 5th of the month Rent is payable by cash, check, or money order.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $1000.00 to be refunded upon vacating the premises and returning of keys. The security deposit may not be used for the last month\'s rent.

UTILITIES: Resident agrees to pay all utilities and/or services based upon occupancy of the premises including trash.

TRASH: Tenant will pay for trash. All trash needs to be in the trash container and placed on the curb.

YARD: The landlord will mow the yard during the summer months. The resident will be responsible for snow and ice removal.

PETS: Pets okay. $250 Pet Fee plus $25 a month per pet. No more than 2 pets.

PARKING: 1 Driveway Space, No more than 2 vehicles

OCCUPANCY STANDARD: Total of 4 persons

AGE REQUIREMENT: Lease holder(s) must be 18 years or older. All occupants 18 years or older will be required to complete an application (even if living with a parent or guardian).

APPLICATION FEE: A $40 non-refundable application fee is required per application.
