Aenon Lane Mobile Home Park 5596 Aenon Lane, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Non-smoking manufactured home. $900 per month, $500 security deposit, 12-month lease. $1,400 to move in plus any pet fees. The lease's second month is pro-rated and due on the 1st day of the next month. Monthly rent can be paid online. Central heat/air, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hookups. The landlord provides for water (well), sewer (septic), and lawn cutting. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, yard clean up, pest control, etc.

PETS ARE WELCOME WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE PET SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ONLY $100 (COVERS ALL PETS) AND A MONTHLY RENT OF $10 PER PET.

To be approved:
You must fully complete the application (all adults living in the unit)
You must prove income for 2.5 times rent (last 6 months)
You must have no evictions
You must have no crimes of a sexual nature (we have children in the park)
You must have the money now (we do not hold units)
You must be ready to move in now (units are normally rented within a week)

Additional things to note about the park.

All units are located in Aenon Mobilehome Park (AMP) on Aenon Lane in Tallahassee. The park is on well water and septic tanks. We also cover lawn-cutting costs. In general, your utility bill will be around $140 a month (rather than the $400 you would pay inside the city). The park is located next to woods, which means you will be near nature, which will get in your garbage cans if you don't use the tie-down pins. We allow pets without limits, but there will be additional pet fees and a non-refundable security deposit. ($100 non-refundable pet security deposit covers all pets, $10 pet rent per month per pet)

We have full-time jobs and manage AMP via emails and Rentec Direct. We do not give out our phone numbers. We are also aware that scammers are using pictures of our units and have taken what measures we can to prevent this. You will not be asked to provide initial rent or a security deposit without being allowed inside the property. If they won't let you in, then it's a scam.
