The properties have great access to city transit if you need it and we are close to Bucks County, too. It's just a couple of blocks to the train station at: http://www.septa.org/stations/rail/somerton.html

If you have your own vehicle there is off street parking available and you have quick access to major connector roads like Street Rd., Route 1, I95, and the Turnpike.

The properties themselves includes a shared kitchen area complete with everything you need to cook and serve meals, one or two shared bathrooms, shared laundry facilities and a common area set up with a TV and seating area. Everything is provided in the house and all you need to supply is clothes, food and toiletries. We even provide super cheap cable and wifi!

The outside of the property includes a BBQ grill, seating areas, and grass for your summer enjoyment.

Your secure room has its own keyed door and is complete with a bed, dresser, night stand, mini refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen TV.

To ensure we have a safe, quiet place for our tenants, there are some rules that all tenants must follow.

No Drugs! This is a not a party house, drugs will not be tolerated.

Quiet Hours room 11pm to 6am! We provide rooms for working men and women, many who start early and work late. By encouraging quiet overnight hours we can help create a great environment where everyone can get their needed sleep.

One of the features of a sharing the house is we also only require 48 hours notice of when you are leaving so you have flexibility to move as your situation changes.

Not getting locked into a long-term lease with us, as we will even let you leave mid-month. The downside of this is that it also makes it hard for us to accurately book rooms in advance. Due to this we can only confirm room availability within a few days of when it's required.

For about a $350 cash deposit on move in, depending on availability, you can get yourself into an affordable living solution.

Due to the nature of the short-term rentals I cannot guarantee any availability past a few days. Many of our tenants intend to only stay a short time, but after getting comfortable they often stay for months - or years! It is a great way to save up for permanent accommodations!
