We manage residential, commercial and industrial properties in Southern Oregon.

We pride ourselves on providing the most professional property management services at reasonable rates. We charge a flat percentage fee to manage property (which includes listing and placement activities). All maintenance, repairs and supplies are billed to the owners at actual cost and are not marked up.

We do not charge an application fee ensuring the most response from tenant applicants. We meet tenants face-to-face, not just through a computer, and visit all of our properties regularly to ensure they are being well-cared for. We believe well-maintained properties results in fewer turn-overs ensuring greater return on owners' investments.

We contract with licensed, professional maintenance and repair-people who share our goals of providing quality, timely work at reasonable rates.
