Turnkey managed professionally on your behalf by a team of local experts, with
Sustainable average annual income (IRR) of 12% (forecast), and with
Cash flow beginning within 12-18 months from the date of your parcel ownership.

Parcels are available through ICFC directly or exclusively through

RE/MAX Offshore To Freedom (Boquete) and its authorized Agents.

Contracts for parcel ownership are continuously accepted by ICFC, from qualified applicants.

Once contracts are funded and coffee farm space is available, parcels are allocated into those available farms, in the order of funding, on a first-come, first-served basis.
