It is the obligation of the applicant to review our pet acceptance policies prior to submitting their applications. Non-approvable pets may result in denial of the residential rental application. Application fees are non-refundable.
Dog Breeds Not Accepted in our Rentals: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarias, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Can Corso\'s, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies including any mixes of the breeds will also be denied.
*$60.00 application fee per adult, can be paid by cash, check, or money order. If you cannot make it to the office in person, our mailing address is 317 California Ave. Libby, MT 59923. Applications will not be processed without application fee payment.
