Lot for RV, Mobile Home, no size or age restrictions. $300.00 a month plus utilities. $300.00 security deposit. Water, sewer, and electric hookups on site. Animals accepted upon approval. Must provide description and photo of prospective RV or mobile home. No unsuitable/ unlivable trailers will be accepted.

It is the obligation of the applicant to review our pet acceptance policies prior to submitting their applications. Non-approvable pets may result in denial of the residential rental application. Application fees are non-refundable.
*$60.00 application fee per adult, can be paid by cash, check, or money order. If you cannot make it to the office in person, our mailing address is 317 California Ave. Libby, MT 59923. Applications will not be processed without application fee payment.
