3. Heat and water heater are natural gas
3. Washer and Dryer are provided as a courtesy. Owner will not repair or replace.
4. Any and all home based businesses must be approved by the owner prior to the lease being signed. Signage of any kind must be approved by the owner.
5. No smoking or Vaping at anytime. It is not permitted on the property, period.
