One pre-approved pet allowed with $150 pet deposit and $25/month pet lease as long as animal is non-aggressive, spayed/ neutered and has up to date rabies vaccine prior to move in. Dogs must also be licensed in Isabella County. Strongly recommend pet meets all requirements prior to submitting an application.
We look for verifiable income that is at least 2 times the amount of monthly rent, verifiable rental/ residential history, moderate credit, and no felonies nor evictions. Please make sure you list all occupants (including children and individuals who would only be there part time). Incomplete applications are the number one reason why applications are declined. You will be prompted to pay a $15.00 application fee per adult applicant prior to submitting your application online that goes towards background/ credit checks.
