We require a $20.00 application fee for each adult living on site. (Non- refundable)
All individuals MUST be listed on your application to include minors. There is no application fee for minors.
Please note: All RVs must be in good shape, and not older than 15 years old. No oxidized paint, No peeling stickers, No frayed canopies, No A/C window units.
