Anyone over 18yo living in the home must apply weather they are working or not.
($35 per Adult for criminal background check, eviction search, credit check for history or payments and debt to income ratio)

-Must have 3 times monthly rent as income
-No previous evictions
-No smoking inside
-Deposit is equal to one months rent and is due before move in
