Original Newman Living is full for Fall 2026. However, you can still submit an application to be added to the waitlist or to be considered for openings in January 2027.

Space is still available in The Cardinal Muench Men's Hall and the Michelle Duppong Women's Hall, which are both located in the same building as the original Newman Living apartments.

Space is also still available in Newman Living Expansion and Newman Townhomes.

$575/month per person.

The Newman Living facility is a beautiful five-story, twenty-three unit apartment building located on the corner of 12th Avenue N. and University Drive, right across from NDSU's iconic entrance gate. Newman Living has the capacity to house eighty-two students from the tri-college community. Three and four-bedroom apartments are available for rent for a 12 month leasing period. All apartments have in-unit laundry, a full-size kitchen, individual private bedrooms, and access to surface and underground parking spaces (for an additional cost). Newman Living residents will have access to student lounges, the Newman Center library, and a fully-equipped fitness studio. They will also have 24-hour access to the main Newman Center chapel for prayer whenever their heart calls.
