These units are studio size, open-floorplan with a private bath and closet. No kitchens, but microwaves and small refrigerators are allowed. Onsite laundry facility free to use for tenants only. Month-to-month leases. Criminal and Credit check required. Security Deposit is one month's rent.

The occupancy limit at Brevard Place is two occupants per apartment. One occupant is $750/mo, Two Occupants is $950/mo, there is no additional charge for any occupant under the age of 18 who is a legal dependent of the tenant.

The additional $200 in rent for a 2nd Occupant is for the following:
