The Consumer Report is prepared on our behalf by a consumer-reporting agency. This consumer report will include social security verification, Credit, Eviction, and criminal history reports. Please have your photo ID and at least 2 proofs of income ready before starting the application.

Just because you have applied does not guarantee your application will be accepted. Please allow up to 7 business days for your application to be processed. On average, you should expect a response in 48-72 hours. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified information provided in your application will result in an automatic denial.
