Guest Application Process (If the Park host has assigned you the space, please fill out the online application with the following information. The rent ranges from $750 - $850, confirm with the Park Host for the reserved space)

The $250 deposit includes:
- $100 for lot deposit
- $150 for electricity deposit

1. Name of each Adults, Date of Birth. (Each adult will need to apply separately)
2. Driver license #, SSN, Phone number and email
3. Previous address
4 Have you ever been evicted?
5. Have you ever been convicted of a felony?
6. List RV and All vehicles to be parked on the Property (Type, Year, Make)
7. Upload each adult driver's license picture.
8. Pay $25 background check fee for each adult (Due to some updates on the system, the charge will be $50, but there will be a $25 credit given on your reservation)

The park host will provide you approval/no approval decision within 3 days. The application fees are non-refundable regardless of decision.
