At Cornerstone Properties Group, our goal is to make the application process simple, fast, and easy. REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTATION NEEDED WHEN COMPLETING A RENTAL APPLICATION 1. Completed Application 2. Gov’t Issued Photo Identification (i.e., Driver’s license, State Issued ID) 3. Total household income must be a minimum of 3 times the monthly rental rate for the entire term of the Lease. a. Applicant must provide proof of verifiable Income to include most recent pay stubs covering two full months of income, all benefit letters (i.e., HOUSING VOUCHER, SOCIAL SECURITY, DISABILITY, SSI, OR ANY OTHER PAPERWORK PROVING SOURCE OF INCOME) 4. On current job at least 9 months (If starting a new job, an offer letter is acceptable to show there is no gap in dates) 5. If self-employed, provide last 2 years tax returns to include 1040. 6. Provide past 3 years of residence history. 7. Provide Landlord and Employment Contact Information 8. Application Fee - $50.00 (Non-Refundable) per adult and all occupants over 18 (Must be a money order or cashier’s check, or credit card if completed online.) 9. Credit & Background check, and Employment and Rental verification will be conducted by Cornerstone Properties Group LLC. 10. Additional documentation may be requested. We recommend that you provide as much information as possible up front. Submitting a complete application package will expedite your application process.
