The main house has a walk out patio perfect for the Bills game with an 8-person hot tub adjacent to pond with waterfall. Kick back by the firepit and soak in breathtaking views with friends and family. The guest cottage contains 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds in each), 1 1/2 bathrooms, kitchenette, living room, and laundry facilities.

The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. The renter must be at least 25 years of age.
