Ryan Lewis

Ryan Lewis has been with Brumback, Inc. since 2012. Ryan began his work with Brumback as a car wash attendant and moved into his current position as a commercial and residential leasing agent. He manages Cedar Crossing, which is held by Brumback. A member of WMFHA (Washington Multi Family Housing Association), Ryan is a licensed realtor. Ryan studied Business Communications at EWU, and takes great pride in being an instrumental part of the Cedar Crossing project since its beginning. As the youngest Brumback team member, Ryan holds himself to a high standard in all that he does, and his professional representation of the company greatly contributes to the success of the brand. As such, he has been exposed to many facets of the industry that include experience in, public relations, marketing, problem solving, and general real-estate mastery.
Ryan is Spokane born and raised and is pleased to be a 3rd generation family member who is part of a self-managing business. He is a huge car enthusiast with an uncanny knowledge of  all automobiles. He hopes to one day own a large and enjoyable collection of automobiles that can be driven at leisure. In his spare time, Ryan also enjoys staying at his vacation home located at nearby Lake Roosevelt.
 
 

Doniell Cushman

Doniell is the Executive Administrative Assistant. She came from the energy and total waste management industry in order to provide additional administrative support in the Brumback offices. Doniell previously worked in similar roles, and enjoys the support she provides to the team. Her work is in multiple areas of the company including accounting, construction and real estate.

Originally from Renton, WA, Doniell and her husband Casey settled in Spokane after separating from the Army in 2012. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Humanities and a focus on philosophy from the University of Maryland, University College in 2011, having completed 50% of coursework through Washington State University. She is a member of Pi Gamma Mu, Kappa Kappa Psi, MTNA and WSMTNA.

Doniell and her husband are avid travelers having been to 10 countries in the last 8 years. They have three dogs and 1 cat. Doniell is a passionate musician and runs her own music studio out of her home in the evenings. She enjoys reading and tabletop gaming.
 

 Stephanie Lagera

Stephanie Lagera is an Administrative Assistant at Brumback, Inc. who also assists with the daily operations of all companies. Originally from Southern California, Stephanie joined the Brumback team in 2015. Since then, she has become the resident go-to, working under several businesses at a time in a variety of functions including bookkeeping and payroll. Prior to Brumback, Stephanie was mainly self-employed within a direct sales company throughout her career.

Some of Stephanie’s hobbies and interests include music, dining, and personal beauty regimes.
