Shane is your Operation/Maintenance Manager.  He reviews all requests for service and coordinates appropriate staff to meet the needs of our tenants. He also schedules all property maintenance and necessary improvements. Shane has years of experience in his role and is a very "hands on" guy. On a daily basis he's on site working along side his staff. He is timely in responding to requests and always pleasant and professional.  On his off time, Shane enjoys activities with his wife and son. He's a sports enthusiast and shares this with family and friends.  

Alexis is your Owner and CFO.  She started her career in property management while completing her college education in business. Her evolution into ownership of our Property Management started with the basics. She does it all. Cleaning, painting, general maintenance, interviewing potential tenants, leasing, account management, coordination of vendors and design of new projects.  Alexis is in the office daily, Monday through Friday.  She can assist you with specific questions regarding leasing or account set-up.  She is a very busy mother of five and enjoys family outings, boating, travel, diving and gardening. 

Brenda is our Leasing Manager.  She has a number of years working with the company- meeting with potential tenants and assisting through the leasing process.  She is onsite daily, Monday through Friday but is flexible to meet your needs in search of a new home.  Brenda also assists with general office work and cleaning/ maintenance of buildings and individual units.  Brenda enjoys time with her husband and children and extended family and friends.  She loves a good football game, boating, and cooking (ask her for her latest best recipe).
