Bathroom is shared with guests, expectation to keep it clean as well as cleaning after self in other shared areas.
Bring own cookware but can use dishes long as wash them after.
Furniture is provided but bed linens & towels won't be.
Can use existing washer/dryer in place, just use own detergent & preferred dryer items.
No animals as already have 2 cats living in the home (must be ok with cats!).
Yard maintenance included with rent.
Existing roommate works from home during the day so must be courteous of that & keep noise level by that office space down.
Water included up to $100 on bill & electric up to $250 on bill. If water goes above $100 on a bill or electric goes above $250 on a bill then tenant would pay 1/3 of the amount over.
$800/month rent.
$800 security deposit.
