- Units can be held by providing 50% of the security deposit (one month's rent).

- 1 Bedroom Max Occupancy = 2 Occupants (adults + children)
- 2 Bedroom Max Occupancy = 4 Occupants (adults + children)
Considering Getting a Pet?
No Pets or animals of any kind are allowed in or about the Premises without Landlord's express prior, written consent. If allowed breed restrictions and fees apply. Mixed Breeds: If the dog you wish to adopt is a mixed breed, we do require a picture of the dog sent to [email protected] so we can determine approval.
Authorized Pets and Security Deposit.
(a) Cats and Dogs weighing no more than sixty-five (65) pounds are the only pets that may be authorized under this agreement.
(b) The security deposit and monthly fee required by Tenant to be paid to Landlord for keeping and maintaining pets on the Premises shall be determined as follows:
i. One (1) dog - $300 deposit and $50 per month thereafter; or
ii. One (1) cat - $150 deposit and $35 per month thereafter.
(c) All cats must be spayed or neutered
