Considering Getting a Pet?

Pet Policy
NO PETS or animals of any kind are allowed in or about the Stable Ridge premises without Stable Ridge/the Landlord's express prior, written consent. This also applies to Support/ESA animals and Service animals. All documentation MUST be provided before the pet is brought on the premise. Failure to seek prior consent for an animal will be deemed a default, and subject to the Tenancy to be Terminated by Stable Ridge/the Landlord at its sole discretion.
Tenants are allowed to have 2 pets only (unless otherwise authorized by exception).

Breed Restriction List: - Akita - American Bulldog - Boxers - Chow Chow - Doberman - German Shepard/Dutch Shepard - Great Danes - Huskies - Pit Bulls (aka American Pitbull Terrier) - Rottweiler - Wolf Hybrids
Mixed Breeds: If your dog is a mixed breed, we do require a picture of the dog sent to [email protected] so we can determine approval.
Weight Restriction List: Animals weighing more than 65lbs are not allowed.
Pet Deposit:
DOGS: There is one-time upfront Pet Security Deposit of $1000 (will be reimbursed post termination of lease and inspection).
CATS: There is one-time upfront Pet Security Deposit of $500 (will be reimbursed post termination of lease and inspection).
Monthly Pet Fee:
DOGS: Monthly Fee of $50 (per dog)
CATS: Monthly Fee of $35 (per cat)
