Criminal history check
Eviction check
Requirements and qualifications:

Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living at the property must fill out a separate application.
All applications must be turned in before the application process can be completed.
Applications not fully completed may delay the process. Please make sure everything is filled out in its entirety.
Provide at least 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for past rental references
Combined gross income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
If all qualifications are not met, a co-signer or higher deposit may be required. Examples include: students, lack of rental history or income, low credit score, etc.
